Fraudulent charges on my statement. Had no idea who this company was and was surprised to see all the complaints!! Call your bank, right away!! My bank was very helpful and had no problem assisting me. Bank also advised me they have recieved many complaints about this company and a
parent company called Intellius. This are sites that claim to give you help with people searches or
ancestry searches. The charges appeared on my statement in mid month, when most people do not check their statements. Most people check at the beginning of end of a month. By then it might be too late to get help from your bank.

THIS AP9*PMIDENTITY.COM CAME UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT CHARGING ME FOR SERVICES RENDERED WHICH I DON'T WHO THIS COMPANY IS AND THEY CAN'T BE REACHED ON THE NUMBER ON MY STATEMENT.
DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY INFO. A CLASS ACTION SUIT SHOULD BE FILED.

I HAD SAME PROBLEM, GOT CHARGE BY PMI 19.95 , PRIVACY MATTERS 19.95 AND HOME REWARDS. 14.95. I DISPUTE ALL OF THEM, I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND NOW. WISH ME LUCK.

This company charged me $20 on my Amex bill (three different times). I did'nt catch it until the second charge. When I called this company to inquire who they were and what they sold I was hung up on! I called Amex and they took all three charges off my bill.

Two charges of $29.95 EVERY month!! I never completed the any forms. I was going to do a check on my new tenant, til I found out the price! So I backed all the way out, never gave my credit card number! Yet here it is...$60.00 per month! Now what!!
