i wrote a pissed consumer complaint on this company last month after they charged me $62.90 for a report that was to be $1.00 on my credit card. i called on the phone to cancel my account and they charged me an additional $62.90 on my credit card. you cannot seem to get them on the computer for a refund you have to call to cancel on the phone and you do not talk to a real person. the $1.00 report has cost me $125.80. I have since tried to e=mail for a refund.
