On PMIDENTITY. COM - I have never heard of this company before, but I see they charged my bank card for their service. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank. They will not answer their email and when you call, the only way to get through to them on the phone is to give them personal information, which I refuse to do. This is not a company; this is a band of thieves. I will go as far as I have to to have them prosecuted for theft. I see that they are listed on many websites as a fraudulent company.

I was charged the 19.95 as well but through a painful process with PMIDENTITY.CO and evenutally my credit card company it was finally removed. The guys are thieves.

My wife bought a $2.95 Intelius report in April 2008 and then without our consent my credit card was charged $19.95 from Pmidentity.com one week later and again in May 2008.

I called Pmidentity at 800-436-0817 to cancel. The limited menu of automated choices did not offer an option to talk to a human being or to receive credit for the $19.95 charges. After listening to the voice menu and not making any selection, the menu eventually timed out and my call was transferred to a service rep. The rep agreed to credit my credit card company within 2-3 business days.

These slimeballs have a finely tuned scam model, which relies on a large percentage of people not detecting the $19.95 charges or demanding refunds. For those that want refunds, they have to overcome obstacles like the call center automated menu. Unfortunately I canceled my credit card before I called Pmidentity so now I have to rejigger all of my automatically billed charges. THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS.

Yes, the same Intellius site that a previous person used is where this company retrieved my info and continuously charged my cc 19.95. I will never spy on anyone ever again. Seems like I am the one that was spied on in the end.

this happened to me, i'm kinda pissed that i got scammed out of 19.99 but i can let it go, i just canceled the card that i used to look up the number off itellius, is there anything they can do when they go to screw me over next time they charge me and realize that the card is no longer active? i just don't want 19.99 every month charged to me for something i don't even know what it is.

I have NEVER EVER heard of this company and i no alot about the internet being that i am creating my own web sites. And i no that this company does not exsist and that it is just a scam. i have never signed up for anything from this web site or company and they ripped us out of money and it is a monthy thing. They are a money scaming company and they rip people out of there money. This fake company accesses your bank account and takes money out each month. We just want or money back and we are willing to go as far as we need to, to get our money back! :?
