I posted a bit earlier today: I just cancelled my
credit card that PMIdentity charged and called their
phone number and used the cancelled card to access their
customer service. They CLAIM that I joined this when I looked did a search for a person's
phone number on Itellius. If you argue with them that it is
fraud and unauthorized use of card, they claim you clicked on something; but I persevered and they said they would credit my account within 48 hours. So is you pay that $9.95 for a
phone number through Intellius, they get your card number and use it for varying memberships. The best thing to do is report it to your bank and get a new credit/debit card!

I had the same thing happen with the added joy of talking to Capital One's customer service in India to hear that I had to stop this myself. NEVER USE INTELLIUS!!!!
